After five years, Related Group relaunches sales for Miami condo project
The Related Group is relaunching condo sales at 1400 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami with a new brand five years after pulling the plug on a previous condo project there.
Miami-based Related Group is teaming with Alta Developers, also of Miami, for the 55-story Casa Bella by B&B Italia, named after the Italian furniture design brand B&B Italia. The 312 condos will range from $550,000 to $2 million, although the penthouses will be more expensive. It’s located in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District.
