Raimundo Onetto
Raimundo Onetto is the Principal & CEO of Alta Developers. Onetto has 30 years of development experience, bringing over 3,500 units to the South Florida market.
An architect by trade, he began his career as the Founder & Partner of the Chilean architecture firm Archiplan. In 2002, he brought his family to Miami, and partnered with Terra Group to introduce Archiplan USA.
Cristián Alliende
Industrial Engineer from Catholic University of Chile, MBA London Business School, University of London. From 1998 to 2015 he has been the CEO of Aconcagua, which became one of the two largest real estate developers in Chile, and is part of Salfacorp, the largest construction and real estate development corporation in Chile, and among the largest in Latin America.
Alfonso Peró
Alfonso Peró, has built a long career in real estate investment since the 1990s. He has participated as investor and developer in many projects in Chile, Perú, Argentina, Colombia and United States. As the founder of Inmobiliarias Renta, a real estate investment company, he has participated in the development of over 50 different projects which include the development of office buildings, single and multifamily projects, condominiums, retail, hotel development and large warehouse condominiums, among others.
Patricio Kreutzberger
Patricio Kreutzberger has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. He has participated in a diversity of projects ranging from single-family homes to high-rise condominiums both in the United States and abroad. Exceptional expertise and broad understanding of the real estate market are the hallmarks of a longstanding career, which has spanned the globe and is highlighted by his membership to various boards of directors within the tourism, TV production and wine industries.
